As a Researcher with Cambridge Consulting Services you will be a vital team member charged with critical responsibilities that support the foundation of the company. Our researchers save the day, every day by identifying the candidates and companies that support our business.
 
Cambridge Consulting is a small boutique 34-year-old search firm focused in the food, nutrition and industrial markets.  We work hard together and have fun doing it.  We are seeking a Recruitment Research Coordinator who wants to be an engaged partner and apply intellectual curiosity to bring ideas and solutions to the team.
 
 
Must base within the Chicago area. The position is part-time with structured hours during the workday.  The position is highly promotable and growth opportunities are available within a year. 
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
·       You will focus on research identifying top candidates for our search projects. This involves close readings of position 
        descriptions, extensive conversations with our search professionals and intensive internet time. 
·       You’ll conduct research on relevant organizations and market trends and  make recommendations to the recruitment team.
·       Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing a detailed database.
 
 
CORE REQUIREMENTS 
 
 
·      Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·      Experience in recruitment or research is a plus.
·      Prior experience working from home (aside from COVID isolation) is a plus. 
·      Recruitment, customer service, human resources, sales, marketing, or business development experience is a plus. 
·      Software skills: Database experience required; ATS and/or CRM experience is strongly preferred. Calendar management in  
       Outlook and Gmail/Google, basic Excel, or Google Sheets. Familiarity with Linked In. 
 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
